| Meine Tochter ist im Moment mit Quantas airline in Neuseeland. Diese Woche am Samstag kommt sie zurück. Wie funtioniert das mit Frequent flyer oder auch Rabattkarten. Kann sie die auch noch nachträglich für ihren Hinflug bekommen. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen.

| Aus den FAQ's von Qantas:
"What do I do if points have not appeared on my Activity Statement? Any discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Frequent Flyer Service Centre within 12 months of the applicable flight or transaction. Original boarding passes, ticket copies, hotel or car rental agreements, or any other Frequent Flyer partner documentation confirming your entitlement to the missing points can be forwarded by mail to the Frequent Flyer Service Centre. Please note, the accreditation of points from partner services (eg. hotel stays, car rentals, etc) may take up to 8 weeks to appear on your activity statement." Also: das Service Center innerhalb von 12 Monaten ab Abflug kontaktieren (Telefonnummern gibts hier: http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/program/contacts) und die Meilen gutschreiben lassen | |
